Universal Title Searchers begins supplying the legal community with a full range of manual search services.

1994

Universal begins development of software designed to help users conduct legal searches more efficiently and present the results in the most convenient form.

1996

Universal becomes one of the first accredited Information Brokers for the NSW LPI, offering full online services and continuing its commitment to the development of the most advanced and intuitive online search technology.

Delivered live and immediately on-line are Land Title Searches, a wide range of Land Title products, ASIC Company Extracts and documents, Business and Bankruptcy Searches.

Our comprehensive range of searches includes information searches from over 1,300 data custodians, including certificates from authorities in Planning, Roads, Environment Protection, Water, Flood, Building, Land Tax, Owners Corporation and Strata Managers, Mines, Sewer Assets, Heritage and more.
